So what does this mean? It probably means that we won't be using our free trip. First you have to nominate the months you want to travel. After Odenza receives your money, they will then source a travel date - what happens if you can't travel on that date? Do you forfeit the funds that you send in? Seems ridiculous to me!

My recommendation is pick the Canuck tickets - anyone out there take the Canuck tickets as an option? I would love to hear how that went!

Did you pay the taxes and marketing fees before receiving this letter? I don't want to send my money in if they're going to be asking for more in the future when the trip is supposed to be free.

Hi Ray and Susie! Sorry for not responding earlier!
No, I didn't pay any thing before receiving the letter. I just had to send in my form, and they sent the letter.

Tickets/hotels are so cheap these days, that its not worth to use the 'free' voucher!

Let me know if you do end up going!

I too just have the same certificate and response from Odenza. A promotion I "won" from buying a car from a local dealership.

I'm not about to send $400 CDN to this company without knowing AT LEAST WHERE I'll be staying, (when would be nice too). This is backwards and wrong to me.

I'm going to let it slide I guess. Did you go ahead?

Nope... didn't end up going. There are so many better deals out there to go to Vegas these days. I guess I just wasted my time going to seminar. Should have picked up the hockey tickets!
